INSURANCE

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the goods reach us we shall dispatch the exchanged product. Please note we exchange any product only ONCE and exchanged products shall not be exchanged again.

STORE CREDITS
Baidehi strictly refunds in the form of store credits. Please note Shipping Charges shall not be refunded unless a damaged/wrong product is sent by us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will immediately notify you and offer you store credits in the form of a voucher.
