Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is offered to customers only in India.
• For International Orders, your order may be eligible for a shipment charge based on the weight of the package and/or delivery location.
• The shipping charge to your location can be calculated on every product page while including/excluding other items in your shopping cart.
• Customs duty on international shipments, if and when applicable, shall have to be borne by the customer only. Customs charges are not a part of the purchase and are not included in the product price. In a case of partial order cancellation, the applicable shipping charges will remain the same and shall not be refunded

Delivery Timeline

• Baidehi has partnered with leading logistics and shipping partners to give our global customers a seamless delivery experience.
• All Domestic orders will take approximately 3 – 4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
• International orders will take a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 4weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch

Packaging Care

Our team makes every effort to deliver your orders in perfect condition. We thus take excellent care while packaging every order so that it can withstand the varied weather and humidity conditions. However, if you receive your order with tampered packaging we request you to take clear pictures of the package before opening it and share them along with the order details on info@baidehi.com. We will try our best to resolve the issue, if possible.
