Refund and Exchange Policy
We do not entertain returns or exchanges for international orders.
We have a 3-day exchange policy for Domestic Orders, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@baidehi.com or on our dedicated whatsapp number +91 9013786140. If your exchange is accepted, you can send the product to us. If Items are sent back to us without requesting, it will not be accepted.

Customisation and Alterations
While we do alter garments we do not guarantee any special requests for customisations, please note any altered garment shall not be exchanged under any circumstances
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the goods reach us we shall dispatch the exchanged product. Please note we exchange any product only ONCE and exchanged products shall not be exchanged again.
RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATION FOR ALL INDIAN ORDERS
We do not offer return, exchange, refund and cancellations on orders for the following items:
- Customized orders
- Products on sale
We do not entertain cancellations, returns or exchanges for international orders.
STORE CREDITS
Baidehi strictly refunds in the form of store credits. Please note Shipping Charges shall not be refunded unless a damaged/wrong product is sent by us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will immediately notify you and offer you store credits in the form of a voucher. The unique voucher can be used against future purchases at www.baidehi.com up to 1 year from date of issue.
