While we do alter garments we do not guarantee any special requests for customisations, please note any altered garment shall not be exchanged under any circumstancesΒ
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the goods reach us we shall dispatch the exchanged product. Please note we exchange any product only ONCE and exchanged products shall not be exchanged again.

STORE CREDITS
Baidehi strictly refunds in the form of store credits. Please note Shipping Charges shall not be refunded unless a damaged/wrong product is sent by us.
