 DELIVERY TIMELINE
All domestic orders will take approximately 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. INSURANCE
Baidehi insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Baidehi and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

We do not entertain returns or exchanges for international orders.
We have a 3-day exchange policy for Domestic Orders, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.Â
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youâll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

While we do alter garments we do not guarantee any special requests for customisations, please note any altered garment shall not be exchanged under any circumstancesÂ
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the goods reach us we shall dispatch the exchanged product. Please note we exchange any product only ONCE and exchanged products shall not be exchanged again.

We do not offer return, exchange, refund and cancellations on orders for the following items:

STORE CREDITS
Baidehi strictly refunds in the form of store credits. Please note Shipping Charges shall not be refunded unless a damaged/wrong product is sent by us.
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will immediately notify you and offer you store credits in the form of a voucher. The unique voucher can be used against future purchases at www.baidehi.com up to 1 year from date of issue. Â
